after my lunch at sumi yakitori… we went for the robinsons’ sale..
i was NEVER a FAN of sale… and i guess i NEVER will be…..
in fact.. I HATE SALES!!!!! people forever pushing and grabbing..
why? it’s just cheaper by 20% or sometimes only 10%….
i dunno lor… i LOVE online shopping… no squeezing.. queuing..
it’s hard or should i say.. DAMN DIFFICULT for me to find something i like..
so if i really find a top or a pair of shoes i like, i will buy! why wait?
why do people have to wait for sale to buy something they want?
what if.. there are no more sizes? it’s out of stock forever? or .. EXTINCT?
if u can afford it… just buy… dun regret not getting something which u like..
like a pair of shoes you tried on…. u love the feel, the way it make ur foot skinny..
u love the way it makes u feel like u’re walking on the cloud… THEN…
………….. u decided to wait for the sale of the year.. or just discount……………..
when it’s here… u realised… there’s no more SIZE for u! no more Black! or White!
then u desperately ask the sales person to check other branches if they have it..
and to ur dismay………. IT’S gonE ! FOREVER!…
then for the rest of ur shopping day.. u FEEL shitty… very very shitty…
ok.. back to the sale…. I seriously dunno how cheap are the items there…
to me.. sale is… “lai ar lai ar!! $5 nia! le long le long!!”
but no lei.. price tag still say $60 or $80.. some even have $145…
like that is sale meh? sale of the year meh? maybe i sua ku lor……
i am a very “meow” person sometimes…. my tops never exceed $50 bucks..
my jeans or shorts also never exceed $50 bucks… dun believe in spending..
my friends.. sometimes buy jeans that costs $300-$400… but i can’t lor….
i can buy from this fashion one big hill of jeans lor .. can wear for so long..
if the jeans kena eaten by rat, i just throw it away lor…. my heart not pain!
anyway… i did SPEND money at robin sons.. i bought a nike top.. less than $50..
a nike jacket.. almost $50 i think… an adidas belt.. less than $30.. that’s all..
dunno what else to buy….. almost bought a ferrari brand child seat for $400..
but did not, coz hubby thought the colour is wayyyy too striking…..
shopping on a weekday is good… u dun have to SQUEEZE with people……
we headed down to our friend’s shop in ubi after tat… and we bought this..

after that… we went for a car wash….. $5 bucks cheap cheap lei! hahahahha
clean and nice…. but suffered in the rain in less than one hour later.. HAHA

went for lunch @ sumi yakitori yesterday with hubby after my doc’s check up….
the location of this restaurant is at centre point, #b2-101/104..
telephone number.. 6836 0912…. the location is at the new wing of centrepoint..
have to go down 2 escalators to find the place… i love the food and the place!
my appetitzer.. carrots, cucumber, cabbage and dunno what…
together with sauce and lemon… we only ate the cucumber….
we order fried oysters…. it’s good but a bit tooo saltish… but NICE!
the fried tofu… hubby took 1 pcs.. left 3… he forgot i wanna take pic..
i only ate one… tofu not my cup of tea… hehehehe
the grill! i remember they mentioned it’s using white charcoal?
not very sure what it means… but the place is not smoky…
all u can feel is the heat when u take the food off the grill….
we had lamp chop, bacon with asparagus & enoki mushrooms…
tiger prawns, shishamo, pork, chicken, quail eggs.. etc etc
sweet corn, mushroom, duck breast.. we ordered 2 servings for some..
review of some dishes we ordered….
lamp chop $5 : this is gooooood! i didn’t eat it but.. it’s all meat and very juicy!
bacon with asparagus $3 : loved this so much we ordered 2nd round!
bacon with enoki mushrooms $2.5 : normal… i think the bacon is good..
sweet corn $1.9 : IT’S VERY VERY SWEET!!!!
duck breast $3 : i love the way it tasted after grilling! very very nice..
all the dishes are about $2 bucks.. most expensive = $12.00 for Wa Gyu
seriously no idea what dish is that.. but i would say 85% of the dishes r $2..
the service i got there is AAA + ! probably coz the place still new….
but i love the food & the service and it’s quiet there.. *tuesday afternoon lar*
my bill add up to about $60 or so…. find it pretty acceptable..
unlike the killer steamboat which i had…… *suicide* hahahhahahahah
can go try out this place…. but do note.. i dun think it’s very kids friendly
due to the grill in the middle… especially those ard my boy’s age?
they will probably be throwing things into the grill.. or reaching for it..

little jayson’s fever is gone!!! *yay*

look at his oversized shirt and pants.. HAHAHAHA.. for age 3~~
yeah, i cut his hair damn short because of the crazy weather…
it looks a bit funny……. but… at least his hair dun smell anymore!
he loves to eat ‘wu hua guo’ and he always refuse to let me have the bottle..
unless i say “mummy open”.. then he hands it to me with his mouth opened..
anyway, hubby brought us to sakura on sunday, together w my mummy
was too busy eating to take any photos.. coz i didn’t have my breakfast! haha
slept late at 2am on saturday night…. **supper at JB msia lei.. yummy rojak!**
woke up from 530am to 6am due to a crying boy… then woke up again at 930am~
the food standard at sakura tampines dropped! no more oysters!
the soup with the fire below *watever that is called* also no more!
the nice nice dark chocolates also missing! they dropped many dishes!
i think i would still prefer going to sakura toa payoh……
but my mum says there very crowded nowadays….. maybe i should go orchard~
never been to the branch at orchard shopping center before…
buffet lunch on weekends cheap cheap.. $22 per person only!
with safra card, got discount~~ 3 person only pay $50++
after eating at sakura, we went parkway to jalan jalan….
anyway, this is my ‘lao da’…… he’s my boss, ok? he employ me to do work..
but hor.. no pay, no leave, no cpf, no medical benefits de…..
next time i old liao.. dunno if he will do the same bo? hahahaha
